He specializes in growing companies by capturing market share and attaining profitability. He also has extensive experience with product development and manufacturing in the Far East.
Rick has held numerous executive and leadership positions in companies that created and sold electronic educational toys, consumer electronics and software. He helped launch Cabbage Patch Dolls and was a partner in a toy business that was sold to a publicly traded company. He served as President of VTech Industries, President of G.P. Toys and CEO of Digital Innovations.
As Co-Founder of The Executives Profit, he currently coaches clients in a variety of service and product-oriented industries.

Julia started GoPicnic in 2006 to launch the concept of tasty ready-to-eat meals that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere – no refrigeration or preparation required. GoPicnic’s meals allow people to conveniently take nutritious food wherever they go and additionally provide corporate partners with a unique solution to reduce foodservice waste, save costs, and generate ancillary revenue.
Today GoPicnic’s customers include United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, Virgin America and Amtrak, and GoPicnic meals are widely used in a variety of markets including hotels, camps, tourism, corporate events, foodservice, and school fundraising programs.
Julia has extensive experience starting and advising start-up companies; GoPicnic is her third venture. Julia holds BA and BS degrees from Miami University of Ohio, where she is on the advisory board for Miami’s Entrepreneurship program, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship to groups and at educational institutions.

Steve Fretzin is the Founder and Owner of Sales Results, Inc. and as such, provides overall strategic direction and leadership to the firm. Prior to establishing Sales Results, Inc. in 2005, Steve specialized in sales coaching, marketing management, and business operations in the franchise industry.
Under his guidance, Sales Results, Inc. has quickly emerged as a top-flight national sales training institution. Steve has developed and implemented proprietary materials which have empowered salespeople, entrepreneurs and business professionals from small and mid-sized businesses in over 50 industries. Steve has authored numerous articles and has been featured on Entrepreneur.com, Investor’s Business Daily and other publications as an expert in Sales Coaching and Networking. His credo is to be transparent to everyone he meets. Accordingly, he is tirelessly committed to not only enhancing the sales performance of his clients, but to making them better human beings.

Nancy Stevens
Nancy Stevens is one of the founding members of Oaklee’s Guide LLC. She has a degree in corporate communications from Florida State University and her corporate background was in sales and marketing in the financial services industry. In the ’90s, Ms. Stevens left the corporate workforce to stay home with her two young children. When she couldn’t find a resource guide that told her about family events in the area, she started her own. Oaklee’s Family Guide™ is The Go-To- Guide for On-The-Go Parents.™ The publication started with 10,000 copies for it’s first issue in the summer of 1999 and has been so successful that it now prints 500,000 copies annually.
